Letters To Enlai is inspired by a seed planted long ago—the idea that systems can be reimagined by questioning the rules that have separated people.  Our mission challenges these policies and seeks to honor connections disrupted by policies, distance, and time—reminding us that the most meaningful rules are the ones we break together.
